I start every weekday morning off with a shake to wake me up, get me going, and start my day off right with the nutrients I need. There’s not much organization to it, it’s sort of just a cluster of fruits, but it’s a part of my routine I’ve grown to love.

1 banana — great source of potassium, an essential mineral for maintaining normal blood pressure. Also plays a role in preserving memory and boosting your mood.
1 tbsp ground Flax Seed — loaded with Omega 3s
1 1/4 cup unsweetened Almond Milk or coconut water
Tastes good and leaves you feeling even better.
